RF SECURE PROGRAMME


This programme secures your investment in Sennheiser Wireless Equipment such as the EM 3732-II or the SK 5212-II. Should you encounter any difficulties concerning the free frequency policy, Sennheiser will refund your investment :

  • Buy a Sennheiser wireless system in 2010 (see terms & conditions).
  • Register the equipment on-line and send in your written registration along with a hard copy of your purchase documents.
  • Within 2 months (60 days) after your application, Sennheiser will send you a warranty certificate, which is your proof of membership in the programme.
  • If you would like to claim the warranty, please send in your warranty certificate as well as a completed reclaim form and the Sennheiser product to the designated address.
  • Sennheiser will respond within one month after the claim has been received. A voucher for a new Sennheiser product in the amount shown in the refund table above will be sent to you.
  • That voucher will entitle you to a discount on your new Sennheiser wireless equipment.

FREQUENCY FINDER FOR IPHONE

The Frequency Finder is now also available in the App Store! Take the Frequency Finder with you wherever you go and never worry about using the correct settings on your Sennheiser equipment again. You can save your favorite equipment in cache and use automatic GPS positioning wherever you are to instantly see which frequencies and settings are available. If you have no data connection available, you can work in offline mode and still query the frequency database. The app also automatically checks for updates in the online frequency database. So never have to worry about staying up to date.
